This website
The site itself.
This website sets no advertising cookies, runs no third party trackers, and builds no profile of you. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so visiting the page does not announce you to anyone else.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested pages, for operational and security purposes. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.
If you write
When you contact us.
If you email us we keep the correspondence, along with your name, address and whatever you chose to tell us about your business, so that we can answer you and continue the conversation later. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, apart from anything we are required to keep for accounting once you have become a customer.
The platform
Your customers' data never reaches us.
This is the part that usually matters most. The card platform runs on infrastructure you control, with your own database and your own provider credentials.
Your customers' names, identity documents, card details and balances stay in your systems. We have no access to them, no copy of them, and no route to them. For data protection purposes you are the controller of that data, and we are not a processor of it, because it never passes through anything we run.
